Ganesh Prasad has joined Khaitan & Co in the firm’s Bangalore office. Prasad, who holds a degree in information technology, has extensive experience in M&A and private equity work, as well as experience advising on technology law. Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, he was a partner at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.
