John Yiu has joined Edwards Wildman Palmer as a litigation partner in Hong Kong. Yiu has advised clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets and domain name litigation. Yiu is also well-versed in regulatory and compliance issues, acting for numerous bankers and directors of securities houses and listed companies related to insider dealings and market misconduct.

On January 1, 2013, Edwards Wildman’s Hong Kong office was formally integrated into the firm and was recognized as a law firm permitted to practice Hong Kong law.
