During the third plenary meeting of the 12th National People’s Congress, Zhou Qiang, President of the Supreme People’s Court, said his authority would push the establishment of IP courts in 2014.

The IP courts would help integrate resources, improving the judicial system of IPR, said Huang Jianping, Deputy to the National People’s Congress. New initiatives on IP protection should also be taken to stimulate the enthusiasm of experts and institutions in science and research, he added.
