TrustLaw Connect, the Thomson Reuters Foundation’s global pro bono service, recently launched the data collection period for the TrustLaw Index of Pro Bono, which will look at how much pro bono work law firms are undertaking on a country-by-country basis around the world, and identify global trends in the pro bono market place.

The first of its kind globally, the TrustLaw Index of Pro Bono will be invaluable to help spread the practice of pro bono around the world by highlighting successful pro bono programmes and demonstrate the amount of pro bono being done globally. 

The Index will be published and available online for free, but the more data we collect, the greater picture we’ll have of the global pro bono market. Would you be willing to include an overview of the TrustLaw Index of Pro Bono and a link on your webpage?

Law firms in every country across the world are invited to contribute to the Index, which will be published and available online for free in May 2014.

Firms interested in contributing should complete the survey before Friday 4 April 2014. The results and analysis of the survey will be compiled in the TrustLaw Index of Pro Bono and launched in May 2014.
