Chatchai Inthasuwan Joins Chandler MHM In Bangkok
Issued: January 31 2019Chatchai Inthasuwan has joined Chandler MHM in Bangkok as senior partner and practice leader for the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation practice. Inthasuwan is well-known in Thailand and across Southeast Asia for his stellar legal career, extending for nearly 30 years. From 2007 to 2017, he was partner and head of the litigation and regulatory practice at DLA Piper (Thailand), and prior to that practiced at Coudert Brothers for 13 years. He focuses on complex cross-border litigation and regulatory matters covering a broad range of sectors, with a focus on intellectual property, telecommunications, banking and finance, insurance, ITC and construction. He has represented major Thai and international organizations, as well as Thai state-owned enterprises, including extensive work for a Thai telecom state-owned enterprise.
