Denton Wilde Sapte And Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal Have Agreed To Merge
Issued: June 01 2010Partnerships at Denton Wilde Sapte and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal have agreed to merge their respective firms.
The new firm, to be known as SNR Denton, will become effective September 30.
The combined firm will have more than 1,400 lawyers and other professionals and an additional 1,400 staff. The combined firm will have an office in Singapore; nine offices in the Middle East, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Bahrain; three in Russia; six in Europe, including London and Paris; and 11 in the US, including New York and Los Angeles.
