Mary Thomas has rejoined Spruson & Ferguson and has been named head of trademarks in the Singapore office. At the same time, the firm’s Singapore office has re-opened its trademark practice. Thomas has more than 20 years of intellectual property experience, with a background working in law firms, specialist IP firms and as in-house IP counsel. Her knowledge of the inner workings of large organizations, ability to manage risk, engage in large search projects and formulate the appropriate trade mark strategies for filings and enforcement globally are of benefit to a broad range of clients.
