National Intellectual Property Leading Individuals
Issued: February 01 2013China’s State Intellectual Property Office has named 20 lawyers in private practice to its newly-released list of “National Intellectual Property Leading Individuals,” the first such list ever released by SIPO. The 81 total nominees were named voted by a special appraisal committee from the pool of candidates primarily recommended by the members of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Meeting for Implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy and the nation’s intellectual property offices at various levels.
Private practice lawyers named to the list include: Dang Xiaolin, Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency; Gao Shangmei, Patent Agency of Nuclear Industry; Guo Shugui, China Technology Exchange; Hong Chang, Chongqing Motorcycle and Vehicle Intellectual Property Agency; Huang Hui, Wan Hui Da Intellectual Property Agency; Lin Bonan, Zhongzi; Liu Wutang, Liancheng Asset Evaluation Agency; Long Chuanhong, CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office; Shao Wei, NTD Patent & Trademark Agency; Tai Hong, China Patent Agent (HK); Wang Hongxiang, Shanghai Patent & Trademark Law Office; Wang Zhengzhi, Globe-Law; Wei Qinghua, Guangdong Intellectual Property Research and Development Center; Xie Shunxing, CN-KnowHow Intellectual Property Agent; Xu Hong, Chengdu Jiuding Tianyuan Intellectual Property Agency; Yang Wu, Liu, Shen & Associates; Zhao Tianwu, Electronic Technology Information Research Institute; Cheng Tai-Keung, Lung Tin International Intellectual Property Agent; Zhu Xianguo, Nanjing University of Science and Technology Patent Center; and Zong Gang, Sinoipro IP Management and Technology Transfer Co.
