Spruson & Ferguson (Australia) has named Guy Tucker a principal in its Sydney office, where he practises predominantly in the fields of electrical/computer engineering and business methods. As a patent attorney, he has had extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in Australia, the United States, Europe and Asia for a wide range of clients in the areas of telecommunications, data visualization systems, database management systems and Internet business methods. He is a European and UK-qualified patent attorney and has seven years experience working for a leading London firm of patent and trademark attorneys as well as six years experience working for a New Zealand firm of patent and trademark attorneys. He joined Spruson & Ferguson in August 2012.
