Smith has more than fifteen years’ experience as a trademarks attorney and lawyer; her practice incorporates contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law, opposition, infringement and revocation proceedings before the Federal, Full Federal and High Courts of Australia.

Smith’s clients include energy retailers and wholesalers, manufacturing, design and distribution companies, retailers and wholesalers of consumer products, companies involved in the development and supply of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, and companies operating in the resources sector.
