Michael Seifried has been promoted to partner at FB Rice in Melbourne. He has experience acting for clients from small and medium enterprises to large publicly-listed companies, in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property law matters. He has a particular interest in complex prosecutions, trademark oppositions and removal proceedings. He also provides strategic advice for IP protection and management including in relation to domain names, copyright and the copyright/designs overlap.
