Simone Intellectual Property Services has opened an office in Beijing, its second in China. The new office is authorized to file applications for registration of trademarks, copyrights and customs recordals, as well as infringement actions with relevant administrative authorities in China. The Beijing office is supported by several experienced trademark attorneys and agents and led by Irene Liu. SIPS has approximately 60 fee earners and staff across three offices. Along with the firm’s Shanghai office, the Beijing office now operates in the name of our the firm’s whollyowned subsidiary SIPS (Shanghai) Ltd.
