Alan Adcock is known for his detailed knowledge of the law and fluency in Mandarin. He represents clients including pioneers in the life sciences to the biggest IP owners in the world, and specializes in IP acquisitions, technology transfer, IP contributions, clinical trials, IP licensing, IP enforcement, and regulatory affairs.

Nandana Indananda served as Judge of the Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court, Research Judge of the Supreme Court (Intellectual Property and International Trade Division), and Judge attached to the Central Tax Court. Indananda specializes in intellectual property, international commercial transactions, e-commerce, biotechnology and information technology laws. He is a frequent contributor to definitive legal journals and lectures at top universities in Thailand.
