Jay Chiu has relocated his practice to Goodwin Procter’s Hong Kong office from the firm’s Los Angeles intellectual property group. Chiu, who joined the firm in 2012, has represented international corporations and diverse technology clients in patent litigation in US District Courts, at the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the International Trade Commission. He will help lead Goodwin’s litigation, FCPA and investigations practices in Asia.
