Gwangho Kim, a US-qualified attorney, has joined Kim & Chang’s patent practice group, where he is a senior foreign legal consultant. Kim is a member of the New York and Washington, DC, bar. At Kim & Chang, he specializes in patent litigation and negotiation in a number of technical areas. Prior to joining the firm, he was chief patent officer and general counsel at Samsung Electronics.
